We often get asked "how much power can your Maker Tape handle?" Thats a good question and we've never had a specific answer. Until now.

We set up an experiment where we used a bench top power supply, constant load device, and threw a bunch of amps at both copper foil and our Maker Tape. We managed to get some really great results from our tests, some surprising and some not so surprising. Long story short, unless you're trying to power several hundred LEDs you're probably OK with using conductive tape of any time.
