How great it feels to be back in the Midwest! We had a solid turnout at the World Maker Faire this past weekend and are very appreciative of all the feedback we received on the Solar Lanterns. It was our first time setting up inside the MakerShed, as well. 

We had our first celebrity sighting! Motivational speaker and life coach Tony Robbins came by the booth to check out our Folding USB Solar Cells. We could hardly contain our giddiness, but all went well as he ended up leaving with a 5W and 10W in tow. Needless to say we were humbled by his reaction to our solar gear and wish to thank him personally for supporting the BDG vision.

There is no time for our team to relax, though, as a quick turnaround is in order. Maker Faire Milwaukee is just around the corner! In fact, its this weekend, Sept 27th-28th, at the Wisconsin State Fair Grounds (a quick 10 minute drive from our office)!

Admission is free. Yes. Free! So, grab the kids and come out and build some Bristlebots with us.
